Xfinity in Portland seems to have down a couple of times today. Unsure what that is about. I hate unreliability in my internet. Good news, TMobile seems to be getting 25/25 on my work phone

@comcastcares had to take PTO today since we're all WFH and your techs cut cable to our neighborhood during installing it for the new development next door. It's been almost 12 hours with no internet, and your time frame for it coming back keeps going up. This is ****.

This is the time when it’s really setting in for me that we don’t have Ed Snider anymore. Instead of someone who cares about this team leading it we have Comcast. A company so atrocious that I pirate Flyers games instead of watching on their stream bc the quality is so bad.

Why @comcast sucks. 30 minutes on the phone signing up. $155/ month down the drain. I go to watch baseball and can't because my account says I need a subscription. 60 minutes on the phone and 4 hours later no one available to fix. The robot chat system is awful too. Do better.

@comcastcares not gonna lie I'm very pissed. Upgraded my service and I can't use any of it because no one can come to my house before sat. No internet no TV. Remind me again why I tolerate this. Oh that's right. I don't have much of a choice if I want hi speed internet.

@idealXthereal @Xfinity It would be nice to get a warning or some sort of notice 🤔 even a text to say they are experiencing problems. I've had counseling sessions, supervision, and class all via my cell phone due to this issue.
