About The RoleThis Director role is crucial for Alight's healthcare solutions' next-level success. You will collaborate with internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and solutions for insurance brokers and national customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Sales leaders and other Subject Matter Experts to develop the market strategy. Covers benefits administration, healthcare navigation, and other areas.
• Cultivating successful relationships with targeted broker firms to expand Alight's reach and influence.
• Providing consultative support and expertise to brokers and customers on group benefits products.
• Tracking and reporting activities and metrics to demonstrate progress and successes to management.
• Engaging with brokers through a mix of in-person and virtual interactions, as well as attending industry events.

Requirements

• Possess a higher level of education and at least 5 years of experience in sales/distribution. Education and experience through brokers and consultants in the healthcare industry.
• Thrive in organizational and communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Champion the delivery of presentations, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
• Clear track record of successful relationship building and sales.
• Experience in territory-based distribution roles.
• Able to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

102,400 USD

Maximum :

162,600 USD
