Will Sophia be able to continue her secret activities without being discovered? Will Luigi return to her or will he perish in the war?

Part two of the series is even better than part one. I can't wait for the next installment.

Somehow, I've read this out of order....so on to book 3 as this was #4....nobody said I couldn't😁 Just know I've found myself hooked , and I just have to catch up, and then finish this series. I am glad Faith has written this in sectional series! It keeps you focused..

This is the second book in this series. This is Lillie 's story of her time in Italy during WWII, where not only is she stuck in Italy but so is her cousin Mary.. They cant get back to England,but Mary wants to go but Lilly,no! She is in love,pregnant and scared! In order to get her cousin to safety,she practically had to make a deal with the devil,this devil is to spy on not only her boyfriend who becomes her husband but to spy on the Germans and Italians who are are and arm with Germany!! Stud in the middle,spying,her cousin hating her for not only going to her about why they are there but putting them both in danger and then all the horrible things cousin Mary had to go through just cause of Lillie's love not only for Italy she knew before but to lie to her for the real reason they went to Italy in The first place. So many lies to so many family members,how can she explained and now she's to have a baby ,her now new husband takes off for war never to know where or if he will be back and now she has to spy for England!! Very emotional,very suspenseful,a thrilling adventure you will be caught up in!! Off to the next book,this is a very much of a read you will never forget!!

Lilly …. A big liar …. I’m so glad marg finally got home safe but she was beaten and threatened. They did her wrong it was already bad enough that Lily has her caught in Italy in the middle of war. I’m ready for the next series . Agent 453V is weird …. How is he going to pig his hand on a woman’s belly like that ? That’s nonsense!! There’s so many goodies in this book 📕 faith really keep her readers entertained throughout the whole book!!

This book starts where Book 1 left off. Things are getting more dangerous as the war draws closer. The tension builds as Lily's cousin is attacked and Luigi has to go to the front. Lily tries to get passage out of the city for Marie. The story ends on a cliffhanger making me excited for the next chapter. I received an advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.

is takes up where the first book leaves off. Very well thought of the reader as the author writes to catch your attention and keep it. So much going on you don’t want to put the book down. Now awaiting for the next to see what’s gonna happen

I simply cannot imagine living in a foreign country during a war. While there are many stories about wartime atrocities, this one brings it to a more personal level with descriptions of Lillian’s hosts and surroundings. More people go through this than what we want to admit.
