Ninkyou Tensei: Isekai no Yakuza Hime (任侠転生 －異世界のヤクザ姫－, Yakuza Reincarnation: Yakuza Princess of Another World) is a Japanese manga series written by Takeshi Natsuhara and Hiroki Miyashita and illustrated by Miyashita. It has been serialized in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X since July 2019, with its chapters collected into five tankōbon volumes as of May 2021.

Synopsis

Focuses on an old-fashioned yakuza member who made a career in the underworld. When he is caught in a trap and loses his life, he is reincarnated as a princess in a fantasy world. While now a beautiful girl, the yakuza retains the values tempered from a life without honor and humanity.

Publication

Yakuza Reincarnation is written by Takeshi Natsuhara and Hiroki Miyashita and illustrated by Miyashita. It started in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X on July 19, 2019. Shogakukan has collected its chapters into individual tankōbon volumes. The first volume was released on January 17, 2020. As of May 19, 2021, five volumes have been released.

In July 2021, Seven Seas Entertainment announced that they had licensed the manga for English release in North America, to start publishing in March 2022.

In November 2021, Kazé announced that they had licensed the manga for French release in France, to start publishing in November 10, 2021.

In March 2022, Manga Cult announced that they had licensed the manga for German release in Germany, to start publishing in March, 2023.

Character

The protagonist of this work, an elderly rogue managing Kabukicho in the the Reiwa era on Earth, became embroiled in a power struggle among the yakuza and, due to his aging body, was beaten by delinquents and lost his life in a double suicide. However, for some reason, he is reincarnated as 'Sanaria Ryu Lundberg,' a beautiful princess of the Lundberg Kingdom, whose life is being threatened in another world. Immediately after, thinking that the delinquents were trying to save him, he fought the opponent in front of him, but only realized he had been reincarnated in another world when he saw his completely changed appearance.

He possesses two skill trees: one from Sanaria and one from his past life. The skill tree from Sanaria is unknown, but the skill tree from his previous life is focused on beating opponents. The princess's consciousness rarely surfaces, and almost all of the consciousness and actions in the story are those of Ryumatsu. She is a heavy drinker and has a great love for public baths and hot springs. She enjoys sweets and has developed a fondness for strawberries since coming to the other world.

She was supposed to inherit his father's position and the throne of the Sword King, but she was being targeted for assassination by someone and was on the brink of death when Ryumatsu transferred. Moreover, a fake princess, who had undergone plastic surgery to look exactly like her, was prepared in the royal capital, and Ryuu was wanted as a "rebel who has taken the place of the princess," leading her to live a life on the run with her attendants, Nui and Giovanni. She is currently under the false accusation of being a fake princess.

Although she appears as a delicate girl, her true nature is that of an old-fashioned yakuza. She values righteousness and does not accept anything that lacks principle. However, reflecting on the failures of the Ryumatsu era, such as underestimating her subordinates and failing to keep up with the changes of the times, she is also making efforts to be more flexible.

Abilities

Ryumatsu Nagamasa is a notorious Yakuza in Shijuku's "The Beast of Shinjuku," even though he is in a crime syndicate that follows a code, he respects other people and protects them from another gang that causing trouble. Even he is a collection of outsiders shunned by society who have come together to form almost like a family. Ryumatsu Nagamasa is extremely intimidating even though he reincarnated to 'Sanaria Ryu Lundberg'. Ryumatsu has a natural raw talent to sense and avoid danger based on an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience.

Even he is accuracy of this instinct can be augmented by years of experience as a notorious yakuza in Shijuku and as a prevents degradation of fighting skills when under the effect of mental hindrance. It seems that even before Ryumatsu's possession, Princess Ryuu had traits of "charging forward" and "rushing ahead without listening to those around her once she sets a goal," leading some to call her a fool.

Although she appears as a delicate girl, her true nature is that of an old-fashioned yakuza. She values righteousness and does not accept anything that lacks principle. A Samsara User is an essential record of oneself, one's abilities are also that. Your environment can mold your personality through training every day. This ability can also be passed down through the family line and thus will be engraved upon your Guiding tree (Demon Hand). Ryuu can release the guiding tree 《Iron Fist（Right Hand: Guiding Tree）》 in both of her hands giving an enhancement, and unleashing a powerful blow. Unique existence is said to have appeared at turning points and moments of truth in this history.

It is said that they bring breakthroughs in technology and civilization to generations that are stuck at an impasse. One theory claims that they likely possess the power to control the world. It is said that the first-generation Swordmaster was also a Samsara user. The Samsara User possesses a Guide ding Skill tree on both of their Arms.

《SwordMaster（Left Hand: Primeval Guiding Skill Tree）》 is a guiding skill tree of the Swordmaster that is bestowed by the Dragon King, capable of wielding any blade (swordmaster.) Her left arm can Nullify any form of magic or barrier. It represents a flower on her left hand of Sanarai, every Flower that grows on her left hand is a form of different skill that she can only use. When it takes to her body the flower buds will only last a couple of minutes and start to decay. When it is released all flowers will spread in her vicinity and they will be accumulated in one place.

After she drank the blood of a Dragon king her strength gained more and more power even her strength giving her a tenfold for a knight or a powerful being (Dwarfs, Dragonkin, Mythical beast, etc), giving her the title of Dragon Slayer. Ryuu is glaringly, obviously, and super/unnaturally stronger than their race because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level and superior to most powerful beings after she drinks the dragon king's blood, making her immensely stronger than normal members of their species can be achieved by any method of training.

The King of Cradle Grave, Madlock forged a Demonic Sword (Black Katana) that was imbued with Spirit and forged with orichalcum (God's Metal), it is a metal bearing demon-repelling powers. It forges by the king of Cradle Grave, this blade connects with the wielder's Guiding skill tree and Synergizes with the blood of the wielder to become a more powerful weapon to wield to kill an immortal demon king.
