Overall Mililani high school is a great school where teachers care about what they teach and students want to learn. At a lot of schools it feels like there are many students who would rather be anywhere but in the classroom, but in this school environment students put forth their best effort and in turn teachers are caring and teach their subjects well. The school environment is great for learning and also for fun. Pep rallies are exciting because everyone really gets into it. Most of all the admin, teachers, and staff are super supportive and want to help student succeed.

I think that there is really good engagement between all the students at Mililani High School, and most of the teachers there are really supportive and make sure we're ready to take the next steps in life. Although the people that go to this school are fantastic, I think that the general facilities could use some work. Most of the facilities at the school done really have air conditioning which can be a real problem in the summer. Given that our school is well funded, I think that they could better improve our learning experience with updated facilities. Overall, I think that Mililani High School is a great school!

Going into Mililani High School, I had no idea what to expect. Some would even agree with me when I say it was pretty intimidating on the first days of high school. As I transitioned from a track system in middle school to a combined educational system at Mililani High, I lost many of the close relationships I shared with my old classmates. Settling into my own rhythm at Mililani High School was difficult at first, but some things that kept me on my feet and connected me to others was Mililani's soccer team. Along with my studies, I played for Mililani's JV soccer team for my first two years and was on the varsity team for my last year of school. To this day, my closest friends are the ones that played alongside me. Mililani High surrounded me with opportunities to go to proms, winter balls, and other fun events that brought me closer to my friends. I wouldn't have changed a thing other than getting more involved with all of the exciting things that Mililani had to offer.
