"A hairpin that has been bent to make a crude lockpick. Used to gain access to lightly secured doors, if you have unlocked the appropriate skill." The Lockpick Hairpin can semi-rarely be found in ammo boxes and bags. The player needs to unlock the lock-picking skill in the tech tree in order to use them. They can only unlock non-special doors to gain access to weapons, ammunition, attachments, etc. When entering a building via lockpick, some of the other doors may still remain possible to open w

Generation Zero has implemented a Skill Tree system. As you gain XP and level up, you receive skill points, which you can use to unlock and upgrade character skills. There are both active and passive skills. The Skill Tree lets the player choose one specialization skill, which is a main ability. You can have characters with the same specialization or different, however you can only have one active specialization at a time on each character, but it is possible to unlock multiple specializations t

Jun 12, 2019 · You can open them without lock picking skill. The first one is near Salthamn. There is a key on the right (by the boxes).
Jumping doesn’t use stamina. When you are fatigued just start jumping and watch stamina recharging. You don’t have to release shift, just keep it pressed while jumping and keep running after stamina is 100% again. You can open many doors in less than 2 seconds bypassing the slow “use” system they implemented in the game. Just keep the button pressed (in this case is default E) and move from door to door. Fun fact : gnomes can also be collected by shooting them. It...

I’m pretty sure the general consensus is that the current skill tree is loaded with disappointing or extremely niche perks and specializations. Rather than going “Trog say skill tree need fix ug”, I wanted to give a more tangible suggestion. I want to keep the amount of points in each tree roughly the same, and give skills further down a given tree stronger, but more specialized roles. So I’m going to go through each tree, from left to right. Marksman: To me, this is the obvious sniper skill t...

I wanted to suggest a different approach to how we progress and grow our characters. Honestly, all it needs is the Fluff stuff removed from the skill tree system it has now. And make the Skill Trees based on Job Paths… Right now in the game you have to grab skills from other trees, which is restrictive as hell and some very basic and odd things feel like a waste of a point that’s in the way of the building what you’re wanting to operate with. Pick a Job Path upon Character Creation. Each one h...
